Design a Complex Banner - will have 14 links to grocery categories

I want a new banner designed to go on top of my new web site [login to view URL]
Also there will be link to 14 different icons around the side/edges of the banner, creatively placed. The 14 categories are (dairy, meat, produce, dry goods, cooking, beverages, breads, condiments, baby, frozen, health, cleaning, pets, snacks) . Again, each category has a small icon and if possible small text associated with it.
The banner should be 960x120. It should match the colors on the site. It must be creatively designed, I'm not sure exactly what I want the background to be. Its up to the designer to choose a good theme that will really make the web site come alive.
In the middle are the words "Maui Grocery Delivery"
underneath smaller words "... and errand service"
