Design a Logo for Cape Town Health Scene

I need logos designed for the following brand names: 1) Cape Town Health Scene 2) Joburg Health Scene 3) Durban Health Scene Cape Town is the one I’m going to be building first. The other 2 will only come into play after Cape Town is up and running successfully. Still in the logo design process I have to keep them all in mind because the logo needs to basically have 3 versions; one for each city. And possibly a generic one as well (just Health Scene). See the example attached to have a better idea of what I mean. What we do: We are in essence going to be an online guide for the health conscious Capetonian. The site is going to be a directory of different categories of (holistic) health related businesses in the greater Cape Town area. This list is not conclusive, I’m continuously brainstorming to add/deduct categories. But it still gives you a good idea on which businesses I’m planning to place on my platform: health stores, juice bars, gyms, yoga and Pilates studios, spa’s, massage places, natural medicine, herbalists, ‘natural’ furniture, natural beauty products, fruit & veg suppliers, bee-products, markets, holistic healers, organic cotton/hemp clothing, natural cleaning products, online health shops, baby products, private trainers, rental venues, nutritionists, meditation, events, magazines & homeopaths. On the other side of the story I plan to offer marketing services to the businesses that shall be represented on the website. Target markets: 1) the health conscious consumer in and around Cape Town (B2C), and 2) the health(-related) business owner in and around Cape Town (B2B) For the consumers the logo (aka our brand) should be informal, fun, pure, natural, colorful and eye-catching. While for the businesses a more professional, sophisticated look is required. Or at least that’s what I imagine. Also towards the consumers we are basically an online guide for them to discover Cape Town’s healthy places and products, while for the businesses we are in essence a marketing platform. A way to get exposure to a targeted audience that loves the lifestyle they support and sell. So it is important to find a blend in the design that will resonate with both these markets. Colours: If I think in a predictable way the obvious ‘natural’ colours used could be: green, blue, brown & yellow. I’d like 2 colours next to the obvious shades of black and white. Maybe one of the above could pair nicely with an accent color? Or maybe you have a completely different (explainable) vision all together? As long as the colours have a reason and look good together I’m very open to other suggestions and ideas. Content & shape: The logo must have words and an icon that can be identified to be (Cape Town / Joburg / Durban) Health Scene even when it is used independently. I know from experience that the website will look best with a rectangular logo, while a Facebook profile photo has to be square. Therefore it would be awesome if you could design the 2 elements (words & icon) in such a way that they can be reordered if necessary to fit into both those shapes while still being completely brand consistent. Then lastly I must also be able to use the logo with a transparent background (for when for example I want to brand an photo by placing our logo in the corner of said photo). Feel: I’m a big Woodstock fan. I love how this area is being re-innovated day by day going from a cheap mess to a trendy-urban-hipster-designer-colourful-style-unique-innovative-revamping environment. So this is open to interpretation (I’m aware of that), but I’d like the logo to feel at home in Woodstock, Cape Town. To illustrate this please have a look at the photo's I have attached.
