Design a WordPress Theme around my custom concept

I would like someone to design a custom Wordpress theme around the concept of bug out bags. Bug out bags include many survival items and things that someone would need to maintain their basic needs if they were ever forced to leave their primary residence. I would like to see someone come up with a design for a blog site that would incorporate the following details:
A home page with a horizontal navigation bar done in a Bootstrap style or a similar javascript framework
Responsive design throughout
Custom images from creative commons sources preferred (will share what I'm already using if you are selected)
Landing page examples for lead generation (email capture)
Sample blog post pages for article style pages (content TBD use lorem ipsum etc)
