Design a Wordpress Mockup for Home Builder Selections Screens

I am after 4 page wordpress website mockup. I use the term mockup because it is not functional software, but I still require responsive HTML designs. I need two seperate styles/skins on these 4 pages - so I expect you will make the 4 pages and then do 2 skins for it. Style 1 - HGWA - I am targeting this client - the style should match this website. [login to view URL] Style 2 - 101 Resi - I am targeting this client - the style should match this website. [login to view URL] The style does not need to be mirror image perfect - just close look and feel - eg background image, some button/menu styling and font etc. Page 1 - List of Tenders The top header section should come from the source style website - a header and menus - you can generalise to combine features of both. The header is not important - but it sets the scene for the rest of the app. The next section down - will contain a home owner client details - ie one of HGWA clients or 101 resi clients - a person or family building a house - like this. eg Mrs and Mrs Smith < some email address> < some phone number > The the main section will be a list of tenders - proposals for construction of their home like this [login to view URL] (ignore the yellow post it note comments) It would be good to click on one of the tenders listed and then it navigates to the next page Page 2 - Tender Overview Keep top header and client header - as per page 1. main body is like this [login to view URL] Of the 5 buttons/actions at the bottom - only show selections - when the user clicks on selections - navigate to page 3 Page 3 - Tender Selections Main Keep top header and client header - as per page 1. main body is like this [login to view URL] Click on the edit button - and navigate to Page 4 Page 4 - Tender Selections Edit Keep top header and client header - as per page 1. main body like this [login to view URL] You will delivery two zip files one - the 4 pages with the styles for HGWA two - the 4 pages again with the styles for 101 Resi I need to be able to open them on a local computer with chrome or firefox and use a plug in to mimic desktop browser, ipad browser and iphone browser. The layout needs to be responsive.
