Design front and 3/4 view from provided reference

Please check attached for the reference You will need to create another character based on the attached file with the same proportion to all body elements. The character need to be made will be supplied later via photo or sketch illustration (If you got accepted and do the next project) You can use your preferred software either Photoshop, Illustrator or anything as long as the output is in the same resolution with the reference given. (In transparent PNG) Illustration style is flat (but not too flat, there must be a shading but no gradient) Please bid appropriately, I will not take any ridiculous bid just because the recommended bid from freelancer is sometimes high (The output is one image in transparent png format) This is test project, So I only need one transparent png image as the output. If the result is okay, we will working further with more characters. Best Regards Reza Ps.
