Design and improvement of Image

I need someone to help me improve these two Catalogs by doing the following: • Make a creative design in the yellow areas that I marked, keeping similar color themes. Our logo structure can be flexible so you can merge it better into the new design (our website [login to view URL]). Design needs to look professional and neat. • Improve the appearance of the logos that I marked in blue, right now they look blurry. Logos need to look clear (like high resolution) and the white font of some of them must not be different from the font color of the catalog. I can explain in detail later. • Let me know how to copy images into the catalog without making them look blurry so I can change some of the pictures in the bottom later. *I have both Catalogs already in Adobe illustrator editable format*
