Need a couple of draft layouts done to pitch to a client.

First layout is a basic billboard layout... Finished version as a pdf that can be printed in colour on 8.5 by 11 inch paper.

Sample copy, photo for background and logos will be supplied, as well as creative direction. Perhaps 2 draft layouts to provide options would be good.

Second layout is a mock front page for a newsletter... finished version to be pdf that can be printed out on 8.5 by 11 paper.

Sample layout, headings, photos and logos will be supplied.

I'm looking for creative flair and design capabilites to get these completed as quickly as possible.
