Design a logo and a cmyk 2 page newsprint ad.

I would looking for 1 or 2 contractors to design a logo and a 2 page sales Ad for my company Cleveland Crazy Coupons. The crazy themes that i am asking you to design called " Coupons and Criminals". I have attached a sample ad I drew up you need to build and improve and create a professional logo and 2 page ad that i can use to get clients to sign up for the service. I will print the ad you design for in person sales and I will be inserting a copy of your ad in my bulk email campaign to solicit clients to sign up for the service. I was thinking the front page should have a picture that sells the service and a message that says have your ad circulate to every residential home in houses with highest per household income for as little as $100 per month. Our should captivate all readers like the tabloids grab your attention in the check out line of the super market. The other page should contain some ads for typical local you find in the yellowpages , resturants, roofers, real estate agents, car dealerships your choice just try to use at least 2 of the size ad's iam selling . Another value ad of my service is I will post their ad on my website with links to social media for the same period they sign up with my service for. Also a portion of the proceeds will be donated to local volunteer fire departments. and other community charities improving the communities we live in. Those things don't need to be Incorporated into the ad just background. I have chosen 3 townships in the county that have the highest household incomes. Month 1 will be Beachwood Ohio, Month 2 Solon Ohio, Month 3 will be (Pepper Pike and Chargrin Falls). That cycle repeats every 3 months reaching the houses with most disposal income at a fraction of the cost of the competition.
