Design a website for me using WordPress theme

I have to make a website using wordpress platform. We are in the business of content writing, hosting provider and website making. Now you have to make a design at Wordpress. I prefer to select one template or theme from themeforest that is suitable for us. Once you select a suitable theme for us, I will install both theme and wordpress to our server. To get this work you have to create mockup in doc. It is not photoshop work. For this you have to search for similar sites, who also provide similar services. Using their site or selected theme snapshot you have to define all the pages that you are going to create in our website, in word file i.e doc . So that I can get an idea, about How will my site look. 1) Make website from top to bottom as per our requirement. 2) Google Analytics integration 3) Find Free chat option, with multiple operator, multiple domain, multiple department and chat transfer to the other operator facility. 4) Automatic database backup and restore daily 5) Auto cache 6) Payment Gateway integration. 7) Some more plugins should be install that I will let you know once we contact you. Wordpress learners are welcome to join this project. This project does not include the theme or plugins cost. You suggest me right theme and right plugins I will purchase form my end.
