Designers Wanted - eBooks, Covers, Lightbox Banners, Social Images

Our business provides nLIVEn provides management consulting and leadership coaching programs and services to executives, business owners and boards. We are looking for designers able to quickly create eBooks, covers and lightbox banners. The successful applicant will need to be able to transform Headlines into compelling, visually attractive 3D cover artwork and banners, largely autonomously, with very little direction. The successful candidate will read the Headlines provided and determine the design requirements from the Headlines. The successful candidate will be able to source his/her own royalty free images. THE PROJECT: The successful candidate will be expected to deliver: 1. Cover Artwork – 3D and other images that represent the eBook / eReport as a physical product 2. Popover banner / lightbox – a banner that is 850 wide x 350 high for the purpose of creating a popover You will be provided with headlines (below). Please also find sample cover artwork attached. Please also find a sample Popover banner attached. The purpose of the cover is to promote a ‘lead magnet’ or gift – something that a prospective customer can download in return for their email. That is why the project also requires compelling cover art and a popover banner. COVER ARTWORK DETAILS: The cover artwork must feature the following headline and sub-headline. HEADLINE: Why CEOs Fail SUB-HEADLINE: Five ways to avoid becoming the bottleneck when growing your business RATIONALE: This report asserts that, at some point, CEOs get stuck - fixated on hitting your quarterly revenue numbers. You have become the bottleneck to growing your own business. For a business to evolve, the principals need to understand and exercise their role as Directors within the business, rather than merely workers and managers. The challenge lies in adapting – letting go of the winning formula that got you to where you are today, in order to embrace a different formula for success tomorrow. ARTWORK: Please supply as PNG with transparent background (and very little margin around the edges). Please provide with various treatments (as a pile, with drop-shadow, portrait and landscape). POPOVER BANNER DETAILS: This must be 850 pixels wide and 350 pixels high. It must feature the cover art. It must feature a downward pointing arrow.
