Develop a GUI editor in MS ASP.NET

Please read everything before responding & address all the points. • Develop an editor as asp.net project to allow a user to build/edit front-end GUI for creating Microsoft Webforms & Also Winforms. • More details are provided in the attached MS Word file. • The saved target files may be edited in MS Visual Studio & then be compatible with this editor also. The toolbox shall update to the list of used controls in the form opened. • Works with latest .NET framework & Builds in latest MS Visual Studio. You have to provide  training to us for at least 8 hours to explain the coding topology-structure made in the project & also help encapsulate it into our code project successfully. The budget is flexible. Complete source code with detailed documentation for this project, need to be submitted on daily basis. The code & all deliverables will become our property. Please specify your team's hours (in GMT) when they will be readily available via phone etc. We expect a week time of delivery from you after the award or specify the time. Provide us with rough milestones (if any) tied to payments. no upfront. Delays will cause problems for our project. Our budget is flexible. DO NOT PROVIDE ANY IRRELEVANT INFO IN YOUR RESPONSE. IF you intend to provide info about your other services etc., we shall give you opportunity separately later on. Provide enough relevant info in your response so we do not have to ask any questions.
