Develop website psds to Complete front-end development code (Html, Css, Js, Ajax, Angular.js, Node js, etc..)

We are looking for Front-end developer to convert simple 17 psd files into responsive user front-end development (html, css, js, ajax, angular.js, node js, etc.) & make it easy for back-end developer to continue work after you finish using (PHP & mysql)
- Must develop 17 psd files to look exactly as design taking care of spaces, colors, fonts, etc.
- Must ensure that pages are very light, SEO Friendly code & loads very fast as much as possible.
- Testing for the website development code for any bugs or issues & ensure everything goes well.
- Ensure website Is Responsive (Work on PC, Smartphones & Tablets) & work properly on most modern browsers like (Firefox, opera, chrome, internet explorer, safari).
- Finished pages must look exactly the same like psd files given.
- All copyrights to website will be held by us ([login to view URL]) owners.
- Budget is ($5) per page development
