Digital signage Layout design

I need a talented designer to design a Layout for a digital signage. I have provided a template design and a detailed description of the requirement in the document attached. Please note, this only for the Layout design. We will take care of all the content ourselves. Please read the attached document to get a clear picture before bidding. It is a fairly straightforward job for an experienced designer and should only take a couple of hours or so. I will have other jobs to follow if this one turns out to be satisfactory.
