I am seeking bids to redesign my client's website. Site is currently hard coded php and ultimately, I need this site migrated into a more user friendly format so we can make simple changes ourselves. I am looking for a person/company who can follow this flow: 1. Help design & create new Homepage that is easily editable by admin user (transition to a WP theme?) - that is this project. 2. Learn the back-end systems (Database, structure and platform) and act as site Admin & form a long term relationship (next step if things work out) 3. Migrate existing pages into new design/structure Please quote prices for HP redesign & detail what you'll do to make it easier to change. I would like to hear your creative ideas on what we should move toward. Also, please think about point 2 and give me an estimate for that type of arrangement.
