A SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY WEBSITE PROJECT

Hi, i have a social responsibility project in mind but i need guidance about how to make that project come to life. The idea is: There are poor people in my country with no health insurance and they have problems getting the necessary medical examination and/or treatment. The government health facilities are not good and sufficient and even in case of emergency, you have to wait for a long time especially for some special kinds of treatments, diagnostics etc. I'm planning to establish a website for such people. I will collect money for them and they will use the collected money for visiting the good quality and expensive (expensive for the poor) hospitals. At first, my aim is to collect money for medical examination only. Later on i may expand this to some medical diagnostics etc... How do i plan to collect money? : I will contact the hospitals and i will request them to allocate some amount of service for the website. They may apply a reduced price for the service because this is social responsibility project. Let’s say Hospital X allocated 100 medical examinations for my website. Hopital Y allocated 150 medical examinations. I will show the allocated examination counts and the hospital names on the website. Good people will visit the website and donate money by also selecting the hospital [login to view URL] amount of money can be donated by credit card or other online payment methods. As the money donated increases, the website will show the number of available “medical examinations” and the related hospital’s name. I’m not planning to have any control on the money collected for being transparent and trustworthy. I want the donated amounts to go directly to a special bank account of the related hospital. How will the poor people use and benefit it? Poor people with no health insurance will visit my website. They will enter their uniq ID number and choose an hospital to visit which is available. The website will check (through the national Social security Agency database) if that visitor has no social health insurance or not. If approved, the website will generate a uniq number linked to the uniq ID number of that person. At this stage the available number of medical exam for that hospital will decrease by 1. That person will have 5 days to visit that hospital. If he doesn’t, he will not be able to visit and will not be able to use the website for some time (maybe 1 or 2 months). After 5 days of no visit, that 1 medical exam for that hospital will be available again for other people. When that person visits the hospital, the hospital will login to the website (they will have login access to their part of the website), check and see that the person is approved. The hospital will mark the related user as “used the service”. The price of that medical examination will be transferred from the special account of that hospital to another acc of the hospital where they can freely use. I’m planning to spend about usd250 for such a projec but i don’t now if this budget is realistic or not so any guidance and comments will be appreciated. Thanks and regards,
