Simple request for wordpress plugin/ help with content changes

This is a very simple request. I need to know what plugin to use to create what I'm seeking. I also am seeking someone I can trust that is great at communicating/training me how to change certain content in the registration/login process. ie. Changing "Create Free Account" to "Create XYZ". For instance, I have a wordpress website already set up with Buddy Press set up for advanced profiles. I'd like to change login page to *not* look like WordPress. Such as this: [login to view URL] I also want to be able to edit the activation email "from" address and body content. I also want to change the word "Profile" or "Account" when registering to another word. If you can help me with this, I'm sure we can work well together as this project continues. Thank you!
