I need someone to design and develop a software for a Dry Cleaner. The system will consist of 2 parts.
The Desktop App that will act as the POS to process customer transactions. This software will allow employees to create order when customers comes in with their garments. It will allow users to update status on garments as garments get processes thru the different stages. This will also allow users to check customer out by receiving payment from them. This desktop app will run on a touch screen windows 10 PC and will need to interact with the Receipt Thermal Printer, Tag Printer, Cash drawer(Via the Receipt Thermal Printer), Bar code Scanner and Credit Card Payment Terminal. This will be developed using Visual Studio using .Net framework and C#.
The Backoffice web app will allow admin and managers to manage prices, customers, SMS notifications, email notifications and all of the settings associated with the functioning of a dry cleaner. This will also provide reports and graphs about the store. This will be developed using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS and Mysql.
