VPS transfer

I need a web application written in Python to be transferred from one VPS server hosted with digital ocean, to a new VPS server hosted locally in South Africa. I have root access for both servers. Upon successfull transfer of files. I need the new VPS setup correctly with Python etc so the application can run properly on the new Vps.

Ok so a little more detail to this project.

The old VPS is currently running ubuntu 12, Django Database and an old version of python.

I need the ENTIRE VPS transferred to a new VPS (which i have already activated with Ubuntu 14 minimal), i need python installed and django database installed on new server. And i need the following error fixed below (you can also see it here: http://aschospitality.co.za/register/buyer/)
