We're looking to establish a long term partnership with a small, experienced WordPress development team. We are an Australian business that has a high volume of work and we require a team that can deliver the expected results to a professional standard with little prompting and guidance. We use VSTS for our Project Management and you will need to be prepared to create tasks in VSTS based on functional requirements and accurately estimate these tasks. Once estimated the tasks will be fixed at the hours estimated. Some of the tasks you will be required to undertake include: -Theme customisations -Creation of CPTs -Integrations with various plug-ins and external systems -Ongoing updates and maintenance -Creation of child themes -Detailed permission configurations -Much more Your English must be exceptional. This is not for developers that are php developers and have used WordPress, nor is it for people looking to find the quickest way to achieve an outcome. We deliver highly available, highly secure ad highly reliable web systems based on the WordPress platform and have zero tolerance for even minor imperfections in layout, look and feel and functionality. You will be working with very busy Project Managers that will not have time to walk you through simple issues. All of your work should be thoroughly tested and validated prior to submitting tasks as completed.
