semi-custom wordpress site from a theme

Wordpress theme semi-customized; simple design now with the ability to easily adapt in the future. I want a simple wordpress theme slightly customized with the full regular admin screens and functions. Maybe using [login to view URL] “oshine” theme??? Or [login to view URL] atmosphere theme??? I want something that will allow me flexibility in my graphics and text placement, such as what you see here. I think a simple scroll or swipe or clicking the button will move us to screen 2. If this program does well at some point we will need to first add a couple more school buttons that will then lead to each school’s series of screens. Or if entities other than schools become involved we may first need a button by entity category (school, other, other) then leading to the school choices, then each entity’s series of screens. But today we will start with what you see here in form and function. I want monster graphics but also fast load in any browser and device, mobile and desktop. Obviously 100% responsive design. I also want to place text where if looks and feels right, not based on weak programming. Right now our button/scroll leads to this page, customized for Dennison school. If other schools participate we will need to use this as a template to semi-customize for each school. The “list” button will lead to businesses providing donations to each particular school. I need to be able to add category headers (right now in pink text) and a pre-set information tile (sample here). I need to easily add and alphabetize and change around the category headers, place the data tiles, and set up graphics very simply myself. At first we will start with just a few businesses tiles, but hopefully will add many more along with more categories. As the list gets longer I want to place more graphics. To keep it from getting boring I want to alternate left and right the tiles and graphics (see other pages). When a user clicks on a tile they will jump to an outside landing page, for example here [login to view URL] (we will open a new tab so the user can get right back to this exact same location on this same screen). One day we may have to create a category index of live links jumping the user to some point on the list. But we do not need this today. I want a regimented template for the data in the tiles (logo and set size for text). When the user clicks at any point on the tile they will jump to an outside URL landing page via opening a separate tab in the browser. So in the admin I want to be able to set and add graphics and create and add tiles, along with the outside URL they will jump to. A simple contact form is fine. I do want some kind of captcha for submittal. I’ve seen stuff like “six minus ___ = three. My message at the top is “Please use this form for any questions that you have about the business helping KIDS program. If you are a business that may be interested in participating in our program please get started using this form. If you are a school that would like to investigate potentially using our program shoot us a note right here. Thanks!” I want an automated screen acknowledgement when the message is sent and for the user to also receive an automated email acknowledgement at their email address.
