backgammon

i need a private backgammon game engine...i want to use windows base server...the software includes two parts...a client for playing users and a administration part for admins...

i want to use flash or silverlight or html5(html5 is better for me)

the client must support afew options,things like avatars,chip transfer,change password,chat in lobby and chat in the each backgammon game.

when a user enter the game engine,first he should athenticate by username and [login to view URL] he can enter the lobby(so a person without user and pass cant enter the site) after that he can create table by special amount of chips and wait untill another user accept his game and start the game...when both player join a game a rake % must decrease of both of them and save in a special bank as a rake [login to view URL] client must have a reconnect option,so if a user disconnected from the server by any reasons,he can re-join the game(for special amount of time)

other things about dices and the game is standard about backgammon

i want a adminstration panel for this tasks:

a)change the setting of the game(such as background...)

b)create,delete,edit information of a user(increase chips,decrease chips,etc...)

c)add a user to the black list(stop him to enter the site or block his chat)

d)watch log list...every action in system must be logged into files...
