We need to get a responsive web form designed in desktop and mobile format using bootstrap or something similar The form will be loaded on our website and will need to detect the browser type and show the correct version ( desktop/mobile) based on type of user device. The form will be laid out similar to [login to view URL] check the mobile and desktop version by viewing this link on desktop and mobile device We will provide the API code,field ids and basic html code to connect the form to our database.
