I will need a web service that is in charge of checking the username and password that is stored on a text file. It could take the address of a password file, a username, and a password and return a true/false based on if the credentials were correct. I also need user setting page: This page will allow the user to change their setting on the website. Settings can include: Font color Font size Font Background color Basically anything that can be related to the website. And the user needs to have the option to save the settings permanently or temporarily. These changes need to apply to all the web pages. (There are about 6-7 aspx pages) I will need these change operations in a DLL file. You can create a class that includes all these operations in the DLL file (change of font, size, color, etc.)

Greetings, As I look at the project, There is a requirement of login and user background settings using credentials from a notepad. This will require stream reader and stream writer to edit text on notepad. I have worked on similar project earlier and am sure I will work on your project, if given an opportunity. However I would like to let you know that the security will be a bit low while you use notepad file for storing user name and password.
