Design Wall-banner in photoshop

Hi! We want to have a design to a banner on our new shop-wall. The banner gonna be printed on pvc and have a size of 6000x6000mm. so it needs to be 23000x23000 pixels big. RGB. JPG orPSD works fine. We are looking for some who can paint-design-illustrate an image for us. My idea is this: Our logotype highest up with some effect maybe. Under it should be an opened garage with following inside: 1. A car we are working with, Putting on some decals. Some companycar. 2. Walls like a garage with some snap-on toolboxes for example. 3. Some nice girls working in bikini or simular. Maybe a little bit dusk to dawn - style?
