Do It Yourself Floor Plan Builder Software (DIY)

In need of an easy to use consumer friendly real estate floor plan software module to interface with our interactive floor plan module currently under construction. This software must have the ability for the consumer to log in and be able to create their own floor plan using simple architectural references and icons, drag and drop furniture into place in a floor plan they have just created or an existing plan. I can go into further detail as bids and qualifications are looked at. Freelancer must have a creative mind and have the ability to think outside the box. Must be flexible with design and familiar with the necessary programs to execute this type of application and willing to work with other freelancers as this will be a team effort. This software will be used by both our team of drafters as well as the consumer so it should be simple and friendly and produce clean graphically pleasing results.
