Animate supplied vectors in After Effects

We have three vector images that we need animated in after effects, so we can insert into an overall after effects project. We will supply 3 x vectors and instructions on how to animate. You need to supply 3 x after effects projects with the vectors animated how we need, so we can insert into an overall project. We also have a photo sequence that we need animated into something suitable to be inserted into the same project. These are for a charity video, so looking for cost effective work. We need these completed ASAP as the video for the toy and food drive must be released by the end of October.
