corrections to medical booklet (v2)

I have posted this before but had to delete it as price bracket was wrong (am new to gaf). So this is the same project. A4 booklet, 116 pages in all, with about 40 text-only corrections per page, about 100 pages affected in all. No need to make corrections to graphics. Corrections are just text, many typographical (incorrect use of colons etc.). Please look at attached pdf which includes all the requested amendments as annotations (sticky notes). The source file is indesign cs4 (cs3 file compatible can be provided via .inx export). Many thanks for taking a look and biding and apologies for having to repost.
