Your responsibilities will include: Data analysis/entry into excel word or other programs Research using Internet and other info databases Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others Social media and blog management – campaign creation, implementation and maintenance Email management – campaign creation, implementation and maintenance Other misc tasks that can be performed online Must be accessible online and on elance work view during agreed upon hours Your qualifications: Previous experience as an administrative assistant Ability to creatively brainstorm ideas and solutions is a ++ Broadband Internet connection Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools (Skype, etc.) Ability to multi-task and take on multiple projects Ability to meet deadlines Strong communication skills and attention to detail a must A complete elance profile References or an established rep on elance Ability to handle additional web related projects like WP maintenance, email campaigns, member applications, etc. is a HUGE plus and will lead to additional hours.
