Affiliate Marketer and Recruiters Needed

We are a Health and Beauty merchant with a substantial global following. We are looking for people who can recruit top quality affiliates for our online affiliate program. We target our products for women aged18-65 in all markets. Our market is a relatively niche category in health and beauty and we pay one of the highest commission rates at 30% of revenues as well as reorders and a max commission dolllar amount of $88 per order. Selling only 2 orders a day can generate a good income commission of close to $2000 per month. At this stage we are looking for proposals from people who can recruit strong affiliates. We are open to a range of compensation options including a per affiliate or % per revenue created. If you can recruit a good affiliate then you are encouraged to reply with your proposal. We will seriously consider any proposal even if you can recruit only one or two affiliates we will look at it. Here are our rules: Absolutely no spam or unethical marketing practices will be tolerated. Applicants will need to submit a description of how they intend to recruit affiliates and if they have any previous experience doing so. This is open to people worldwide and affiliates can come from anywhere, We are not interested in recruiting to affiliates with very little to no traffic so only apply if you can recruit affiliates or have good quality traffic.
