Ask sites for links

I have a list of backlinks of a competitor, and wish to ask all of them for a link to my site. 540 or so sites. It would need to be done like this. a. Visit the site, and ask them for a link to our site. b. Advise them you also manage a wellbeing business directory, and can arrange for a featured link to their site from in, in return for a link to your personal site. c. On the list of links I have, it details the anchor text of the links to my competitors site. NEVER use the same anchor text as they have used on that site. d. Anchor text and descriptions must be very mixed, I will provide 10 anchor texts, and 10 descriptions, please mix them up into different combinations. e. You will need to create a report as to the outcome of your work, so this job will take at least a month. Don't add email all the sites, and then think the job is over. I want a complete report as to outcomes for every link. What happened, what they said, any requests from their end etc Good english a must
