Homeowners in danger of losing their homes to foreclosure

We need leads to property owners in Australia and New Zealand that are in financial difficulty and have been given notice of foreclosure by the bank. After foreclosure it is too late; we are not interested in lists of people or properties already foreclosed or owned by the bank. We need name, address, email and phone number of 20-50 people every month who need to sell their property urgently.
