Advertising the website for search engines

We have a website for which I would like to advertise on the Internet. Our main line of business is Application hosting. We host MS Exchange Server and QuickBooks via Terminal Services on the Internet for our customers. We will be hosting Sharepoint services also shortly. I have a budget of $2000/month for advertising over Internet and would like to invite suggestions as to how best it can be spent. Are there service providers on rentacoder who can assist us with search engine marketing, search engine optimization and google ads so that we get the maximum bang for our bucks. I am not indicating our website for the time being and it will be disclosed later.
