Affiliate Marketer CPA PPS $15-$20 per lead/sale

I have 2 major products in the Health and diet industry (weight loss, colon cleanse) that I need sales for ASAP! we have 2 models we use 1. Free trial- customer signs up for a 14 day trial and only pay a small shipping fee of $1.99 for this signup it will be $10-$15 per lead depending on volume per day [login to view URL] or pay per sale/cost per sale...here the customer pays for the product upfront, they payouts are much higher for this $20+ depending on volume.
