The job description is very vague as to exactly what you want to do as well as exactly what amount of my time it would take. The bid I provided, will give you about 25 hours of consulting and project management on how to set up a company. The actual implementation of that strategic plan is not included. I have opened up and started various companies, so I know exactly what needs to be done.
I have over 20 years’ varied and hands on U.S. experience owning and managing micro and small businesses mainly in start-up, and early growth. One of my strengths is the ability to analyze a new business process (tools, people, and procedures), and develop cost and time efficient strategies for implementation. Project Management is my passion, and I believe that a successful business always has multiple projects in development. I believe that one of the keys to proper implementation of a new or changed process, besides stake holder buy in, is leveraging technology and cloud based virtual solutions to more effectively and efficiently implement, manage, and review.
