Competent and Knowledgeable Link Building Virtual Assistant

This is a job for someone who understand link building already and can follow my instructions. I need to hire someone on an hourly basis how can create the exact type of backlinks that I need done. I do not want blog comments, .edu links, forum profiles or classifieds.
What I need is someone who can do exactly as instructed, make those links the correct way and send me reports of the work done in real time. The pay is $3 an hour including freelancer fee so bid only if you can work at these rates. I need someone who can demonstrate that they know link building, can learn my methods quickly and do the work exactly as I want it done.
The choosen person should be able to work everyday 6 days a week, complete the task given on a daily basis. Any delay in doing or submitting the work and I shall cancel the work and pay.
At the start of your bid write 'I agree to the terms'.
I'm looking for someone to start with 10 hrs of work and then increase it to 20-30 hrs of work each week.
