Competitor Analysis

So I think I can spend 2-3 days doing some competitor research and assessment and that should be enough to get a decent picture on things. The aim will be to make a comparison between his and your online strategies to answer your questions above. As part of this I will look in detail at online presence, websites, content, landing pages and analyse the keywords you are both targeting for PPC and ranking for in organic etc. If you are happy for me to simply present my findings in a google doc then that also saves time (if it is just for your use and assuming you don’t want a formal presentation etc.). I will also include any interesting reports I pull using SEO tools as part of this. I will charge 125 USD a day. I’m happy to keep it to 2 days if you prefer (3 would just give me a bit more room to explore). In general there is almost no limit to how far you can go with analysing this kind of stuff! But I think if we do an initial couple of days it will be enough to get clear picture and we can always do more later if you want to take it further or explore more areas in detail.
