We need a professional Craigslist poster. This can be a long term relationship. I need this done 2 - 3 times per week. This will require good record keeping using Excel.
Here’s where we start.
• We have 25 unique postings.
• Spread out between 8 regions and 3 categories in each region.
• Ads have been posted a total of 43 times. All are in a deleted or expired state.
Our CL manager would need the following skills
• A very basic understanding of HMTL language. This is so that you can incorporate the use of H tags, bulleted lists, and links.
• The ability to read and understand English as your primary language.
• A command of punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
• Organizational skills necessary to track posts, locations, and categories and understand which posts are in what categories at all times.( This is where Excel comes in)
• Knowledge of Craigslist rules and regulations regarding posting.
CL Manager duties
• Access current CL account
o Renew expired listings
o Deleted listings – Look for causes for the flag/deletion. Repost.
• Manage posts spread out between multiple regions and categories.
• Keep a copy of each individual post, and track under which location/category this is listed.
• On deleted listings - identify causes, make changes, and repost as a new listing
o As changes to a post is made in CL, apply this change to your records as well (your copy of the post)
• Expired ads will need to be renewed on a regular basis.
• Ensure that craigslist rules are not broken.
