Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

Need a Google Adwords campaign I recently completed optimized and performing properly. Took on more projects this month then I can keep up with. Client is requiring more business, phones are hardly ringing. Client has a daily budget of $150, they want the phone ringing. I personally do not have the time this week to manage this. Google My Business listing is not coming up organically. Organic listing/local business is not flowing for the client. Client has 15 towns and popular keyword list they want #1 position on. They want the phones ringing tomorrow morning! Only bid on the project if you can take it right now and start working on the campaign.
