SIPMM is the educational arm of Singapore Institute of Purchasing & Materials Management with 44 years of history in professional development. We are looking for Independent Representative (IR) in overseas for our Online Certification, which can be found in the press [url removed, login to view]
The IR is an independent representative who is appointed to promote and facilitate SIPMM Online Certification [url removed, login to view] The IR could be an individual or an organisation, and who can facilitate prospects to study online courses at SIPMM and in the process achieve certification at SIPMM.
The IR should be familiar with the various online courses that are organized into four specialized categories – Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain. The successful completion of an online course will lead to a Certificate of Competency. When a learner gains 4 competency certificates in specified category and meet some criteria, they can attain a Chartered Diploma awarded by World Certification Institute.
The IR will be assigned a personal Priority Code (Pcode). This code enables an online student to pay a reduced course fee up to 10% deduction from the Course List Price. This is a personal code for the IR to facilitate a student’s enrolment to the online courses. This code should not be published in a public domain as otherwise this will undermine the online course system. A breach of this requirement will result in the disqualification of the IR.
There are 3 types of payments to an IR:
(a) Facilitation Fee
(b) Bonus Fee
(c) Sponsor Fee (only to an IR-Sponsor)
The Facilitation Fee is 15% of the payment received from a student who enrolled in the
online course using the IR’s Priority Code.
The Bonus Fee is 10% of Net Fee (NF), which is the amount received after deducting the Facilitation Fee. The Bonus Fee is payable when NF hits every additional USD8K.
The Sponsor Fee is 5% of NF (Net Fee), and is only payable to the IR-Sponsor, not to the IR. The requirement for an IR to become an IR-Sponsor is when an IR has enrolled at least 10 learners. The IR-Sponsor can then enlist any individual or organisation to become a new IR, who will then have a new Priority Code. This separate code is tagged to the IR-Sponsor so that the IR-Sponsor can receive the Sponsor Fee.
Payment is processed electronically at the end of the month, and disbursement will be made within 2 weeks of the following month by SIPMM directly. This is fully COMMISSION based.
