Delph to Java

I am looking for a person or company to take a software package written in Delphi and port it to Java or a more programmer friendly language (Delphi programmers hard to find). I am looking from references. If you are interested please pm me your details and I will pm you a working copy of the software to quote on. Once I receive the PMs I will repost the project with an average price. Only serious ppl please, with relevant experience. I will check all references supplied. Please check my feedback. I am looking for a long term relationship with a programmer. Possibly even share in sales of the converted programs. I have 2 programs for this to be done to. I also want one other program written.
