Operating systems (OS) Windows and MacOS including hardware configuration
Mobile OS: iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry
Browsers: IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera
Proven ability to trouble-shoot problems related to Windows applications.
Proven ability to trouble-shoot problems with browser-based software.
Java and Adobe Flash.
The candidate needs on the one hand the curiosity to find the cause of non-standard technical issues and on the other hand the empathy towards helping people.
