Add video support to android app(repost)

We need to get an android phonegap app built that can support the video tag in the browser that is embedded in the app We already have the mobile version of the website running, this can be seen at <[login to view URL]>, the videos to play can be seen by clicking the 'video' icon. We also have an app available in android market, search for 'Bigbrother', this app is built using eclipse/phonegap, but the playing of videos does not work in the app. It works in the browser that runs the app, so the encoding is supported by the phone. So basically the project is to extend the app, so it supports playing the videos. The problem is discussed in this thread: <[login to view URL]>. Source for the site/phonegap app is available upon request in private message. Speed for this delivery is important so please specify how fast it can be done. The priority target is 2.x of android
