Android development environment

I'm hoping to develop apps for the Android cellphone OS. However, most of the time I have only my phone to work on. If the project I want already exists, I'm happy to pay for a link. I am looking for a way to develop Android apps on the phone itself. I want a text editor app, preferably able to keep multiple documents open, in which to edit code. Also, the necessary compiler setup. This can either be a compiler on the phone, or some automated or semi-automated system to transfer the code to my linux server (the handset can connect by ssh/scp, or I can install a server-side component if necessary), compiling the code, and downloading the resultant files ready-to-run. Please specify in your bid whether the remote server will be required for compilation, and how much installation would be required on the server side (a compiler to be started by ssh, a dedicated service to wait for incoming sources, or some PHP/mod_perl2 code for the apache webserver). If you have any other suggestions for ways to develop Android apps on an android phone, with or without the external server, I would much appreciate it. If you would add any more features to this application, to enable quick development, please let me know in your bid. I will most likely choose the most fully-featured IDE within my budget. The chosen developer may opt to publish this app through the android market or elsewhere, for whatever price they find appropriate. I require only the rights to use, modify and distribute the app. Please send a PM if you want me to repost this in a higher budget range.
