Android/Apple Application

I am looking for someone who can make an android / apple app. The app uses GPS. It's an inovative app that requires attention. For more information, we will contact each other. i need an app that can change your profile(sound, popups etc.) according to the location with gps so you can set locations like work. and when you arrive the profile will go to silent something like that. example: i'm leaving my house and taking the bike wehen i'm outside i don't hear my phone so well so the gps will know i'm not home and change my profile to loud. when i arrive at my work gps will know i'm at work and change the profile to silent every notification schould be possible to change like whatsapp messenger and facebook etc. + it needs a configuration wizzard for people who don't understand it example:i live in abcstreet. so you can search for the adress in de app. it opens maps then you can set a parimitter say 50 meters when you leave the parimitter the app knows you left home and changes to other profile when you arrive home the app changes to profile home the GPS should have a time out function say example 15min-30min-1hour or else the battery will drain to fast i want that in how much time gps will be activated so that it is not al the time on the app will run in the backround to you set it up once and then never need to change a thing, the app will always be on example: i set the instalation wizzard with places like: Home ->Profile on silent/only whatsapp notifications an text. Next profile outside->profile loud / all notifications next profile work silent and only calls acceptet/ no email no text no facebook example: next profile friend mike and i can change all the settings when i'm at mikes place
