Android Music App Needed

I need an Android app that will play music from the users playlist. It will have a skin that is animated and moves when the music plays. There will be spots on the screen that the user will touch to fast-forward, rewind, skip forward, and pause. The skin will also switch colors when the user clicks a certain area.
The first splash screen will be instructions on how to work the app, the user will be able to touch the right corner of the screen and have the help screen show for 5 seconds.
I need this app to work on small screens as well as big tablets. Having this work on all android phones/tablets is mandatory.
If you have experience with Android music player apps please bid and send me your past projects. I will only consider someone that has done this before. I need a nice functional app with no bugs that works on all android devices.
