Decryption of SSL Packets (Rc4 128bits)

I have some SSL packets captured with fiddler (see example), some are in plain text, some are encrypted. The content of the encrypted packets should be similar to the plain text ones. Fiddler states, that the encryption is Rc4 with 128 bits. You will need Fiddler (Freeware) to see the upload. What I need is a way to decode the encrypted packets. The files are just examples, I cant provide unlimited encrypted packages, but its possible to generate more. In case that its impossible to access the site from the awarded country, I'll provide a VPN to solve that problem. Project Budget is around 125$ + 25$ for testing expensive Please note that the encryption of the package itself should take at most 10s, otherwise it wont help. (If it takes 5min to get the key ones per session, thats a different story)
