Costumer Fidelity Browser (Mozilla)+ Software

We want to ask you to help us in developing a a browser based customer fidality system(mozilla) wherein the customer gathers "points" everytime he does certain things with the browser. For example:10 points everytime the customer purchaisings something on ecommerce, or 1 point every file exhanged with a p2p system, 2 points for every email sended to someone in the system, 10 points when he signes a friend in the system, 10 points when he see a video or download a video. We envision a client / server architecture wherein webmasters place a call to the server software at the moment they are giving fidelity points to the user, a browser plugin toolbar which manages the users point in real time displaying to users and giving him possibility to spend points. We ll also need ability (software ?) that make users spend point in various ways on the partners sites. We need also a site where present and promote it (in ajax 2.0 syle).
