complicated java project

I need a coder to clean-up and reorganize some java code, fix some bugs, change the way some libraries are called and/or swap out for newer library. When you look in SVN (in source tab of website or retrieving via Eclipse SVN plug-in), you fill find 9 project folders, but for now only 3 are important: QuantDesk_PortfolioOptimizer, QuantDesk_StrategyLab, QuantDesk_UI. Currently the UI project and the PortfolioOptimizer project only use Yahoo Data. The StrategyLab project only uses Metastock data. So, the first requirement is to reorganize all the code so that there is a common interface, and all of the above 3 apps can interchangeably use either Yahoo Data or MetaStock data based on user selection at run-time. All the MetaStock code is in the project folder QuantDesk_MetaStock. All the Yahoo Data code is not yet in the project QuantDesk_YahooData; it needs to be removed from the two apps and moved here.
