Project requirements

* Fully understanding concave hull algorithm (there are different types: alpha shapes, etc..)
* Experience with Map Reduce over Hadoop (new API must), CDH 3 preffered
* Experience with hadoop
* Must be efficient and robust for large datasets (!)
* 2 weeks (more than enough for an experienced engineer with experience in this field)
Tools of the trade

* git <-- github will be provided
* hadoop <-- you will run on your LOCAL box, using pseudo distribution
* Map reduce
* java <-- algorithm will be written in java

* Input file: latitude , logitude per row
* Output file: concave hull - minimal fitted polygon

* Daily updates <----- MUST , regardless of progress
