Just want a very very similar project to : "EXE generate image hash using pHash library". @thomaslucky did this 2 months ago. Just want fixed EXE to do a couple things. (depending on arguments) 1) save down many image pHash into a single TXT file. 2) compare image pHash and give similarity number (0 to 1). Ideally in the argument specify if want DCT, Radial or MH for Hash Algorhtym.
